Joining the program is simple!  Create an account by clicking the Rewards button on bottom right of the screen and you will automatically get 100 MW Points to start with.  

• How do I earn points?

Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on www.monoweardesign.com (make sure you are logged onto your account so that you get rewarded for all purchases).
Following us on social media will also get you points.
Even aging will get you points!  

• How do I redeem points?

Log onto your MonoFam rewards account and click on the bottom right of your screen.  Once you reach 250 points (shown at the top of the rewards window) you will see the redeem button.  A unique coupon code will be generated for you once you click on the button.  Copy the code and enter it when you check out.

• How long do my points last?

MonoFam points do not expire so you can use them at your own pace.

• What happens to my points when I return items?

All points earned from the purchase, including bonus points, will be deducted from your account when you return the merchandise.  It is possible your account could have a negative balance after merchandise is returned.

• Can I combine the coupon code from my reward with another discount coupon?

You can only use one coupon code per order.
