When will my order ship?
The order placed on Monowear™ official site will ship within 1 – 3 business days except
Pre-Orders, which will have a specific ship-out date.
How is my order shipped?
We use USPS to ship orders. When your order is ready to ship you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. When it has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. Order shipped within the US are delivered after 4-6 days and may be tracked from the USPS website.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders are sent to our fulfillment partner as soon as they are placed. The best way to cancel your order is to refuse the shipment upon delivery. If you have further questions don't hesitate to reach out to our support team using the 'Contact Us' button.
Can I return my order?

Who will pay for the custom fees for international orders?
We're aware that the duty fees can be heavy for certain countries and we understand that. Unfortunately Monowear™ will not be responsible for any custom / duty charge for international orders but we'll do our best to help decreasing the fee.
